SESSIONS
In-Person & Online Offerings
Each session is a co-creative journey—a space to slow down, listen deeply, and follow the wisdom of your body, unfolding at a pace that feels safe and supported. Some sessions are deeply restorative, while others open gentle space for long-held emotions or stories to surface and shift. As tension and old patterns unwind, we meet them with compassion and curiosity, allowing your system to reorganize and return to its natural balance.
The healing process unfolds gently, step by step, creating space for your body and mind to be heard, to release what has been carried, and to welcome new possibilities of ease and connection. While each session is unique, the process often follows a natural rhythm:
Establishing Safety – we begin by creating a grounded, supportive space where your system can settle, feel held, and move at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
Inner Exploration – gently slowing down to reconnect with supportive, resourceful sensations in your body, noticing your direct experience and how your body carries traces of lived experience.
Self-Awareness – noticing unconscious beliefs, protective patterns, and unmet needs as they surface, with compassion and care, allowing new possibilities for safety, acceptance, and nurturing to emerge.
Body–Mind Integration – supporting your system in stabilizing shifts, so new sensations of ease, coherence, and resilience can become part of your everyday embodied life.
Depending on what arises, we may integrate:
Craniosacral Therapy - regulating the nervous system and connect with body’s wisdom
SomatoEmotional Release - integrating stored physical and emotional tension through guided imagery and dialogue.
Five Element Shiatsu - unblocking, stimulating and harmonizing the flow of energy (Ki)
Primal & Inner Child Healing - tending to younger or instinctual parts with care
Systemic & Family Constellation - revealing and shifting inherited intergenerational dynamics
Whether used separately or woven together, they all guide the system toward the same place: more ease, grounding, and natural self-regulation.

MODALITIES
Mind-Body Therapies
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps the body release tension and restore its natural rhythm. Using a soft, listening touch—often no more than the weight of a nickel—CST works with the body’s craniosacral system (the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord) to encourage the nervous system to shift out of patterns of stress, hypervigilance, or shutdown.
When stress, injury, or trauma disrupts the body’s natural flow, tissues can tighten and restrict movement, sometimes creating pain, headaches, fatigue, or emotional imbalance. By listening deeply to the body’s subtle rhythms, CST supports the release of these restrictions, allowing the body to return to its innate state of ease and self-correction.
Many people experience a sense of deep relaxation, relief from chronic tension, improved sleep, and a clearer, calmer mind. Beyond physical symptoms, CST can also foster emotional resilience and a greater connection to the body’s inner wisdom. Healing happens naturally when the body feels safe enough to unwind—CST simply creates the space for that to occur.
Using advanced Craniosacral techniques—gentle, listening touch to support the nervous system—combined with Gestalt mothod (inner imagery and dialoguing), SomatoEmotional Release (SER) helps the body process physical and emotional pain or trauma that has been stored in the tissues. This work does not require re-experiencing a painful event; instead, it offers the nervous system a safe way to complete what has been left unfinished and to release what is no longer needed.
When overwhelming experiences or injuries are not fully processed, the body adapts by holding that tension in the tissues. Over time, these unresolved patterns can quietly influence the nervous system, showing up as pain, chronic tension, emotional stress, or patterns of protection we can’t seem to shift. By listening deeply and following the body’s inner cues, SER allows these long-held imprints to surface and gently unwind.
As the body softens and the nervous system returns to balance, energy once locked in survival patterns becomes available again for life, vitality, and presence. Many people experience not only physical relief but also emotional clarity, a sense of lightness, and deeper connection to themselves.
Five Element Shiatsu is an Eastern therapeutic practice that works through the body’s network of meridians—channels where Ki/Qi (vital life energy) flows to nourish every organ, gland, muscle, nerve, and cell. Along these meridians lie acupressure points, areas of high electromagnetic conductivity used in acupuncture, which act as gateways for influencing the flow of Ki throughout the body. When this flow becomes blocked or distorted, imbalance and illness may arise; when it moves freely, the body’s natural healing ability is restored.
Rooted in the Five Element Theory (Wu Xing) of Traditional Eastern Medicine, Five Element Shiatsu applies gentle but precise finger and palm pressure, stretching, and rhythmic compression along specific meridians to unblock, tonify, and harmonize the energy flow. The aim is not simply to release muscle tension, but to regulate and balance Ki in resonance with the universal Ki—encouraging deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and a return to the body’s natural state of harmony.
More than a physical technique, Five Element Shiatsu is a holistic energy-based therapy that works simultaneously on the physical, emotional, and energetic levels, supporting the body’s innate self-healing intelligence.
Integrative Therapies
It is helpful to start a meditative practice by including the body rather than by sitting silently or only doing Vipassana meditations. The reason is that we tend to accumulate tension and stress in the body and mind that just by sitting we may not be able to come to a state of witnessing, but is more likely to be flooded with repressed emotions and thoughts that do not allow us to stay present and alert, but are more likely to create sleepiness, restlessness or day dreaming. Meditations starting with the body helps us become aware of what we can observe in the thoughts and sensations of the body-mind complex. They first release the tensions and stress of the body and mind. Then, it is easier to relax into an experience of still and watchfulness, awareness - be present in the moment.
Healing the inner child is a transformative journey back to your authentic self. By gently addressing past unresolved wounds, you free yourself from emotional patterns that hold your back and open the door to your full potential.
Early life experiences often leave behind unacknowledged sadness, fear, and anger, that still shape how we react today. Yet within these emotions lie the seeds of healing. By asking, “What did I need back then?” you begin to release old patterns, complete unfinished emotional cycles, and step into a more empowered, present life.
This work isn’t just about healing pain—it’s about reclaiming the joy, creativity, and vitality of your true essence. By reconnecting with your inner child and nurturing its needs, you transform family patterns, restore the natural flow of energy, and bring more lightness and aliveness into your life.
Healing the inner child is the start of a lifelong, compassionate relationship with yourself. As you embrace this tender part of you, you rediscover joy, inspiration, playfulness, and the freedom to live authentically.
Unresolved trauma—whether from early life or passed down through generations—shapes how we see the world, how safe we feel in our own bodies, and how deeply we can connect with others. These patterns are often unconscious. A part of us may hold on to them for survival or out of loyalty to our family system, even when they cause pain or keep us stuck.
Family Constellations is a gentle and powerful way to bring these hidden dynamics to light. By exploring the larger family and ancestral field, we can acknowledge what has been unseen or excluded, allowing the system to find more balance and love. When this happens, people often feel relief, a deeper sense of belonging, and new possibilities for connection and freedom.
At Art of Flow, this work is weaved with somatic therapies like CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release. Together, we listen to the wisdom of the body, the stories held in our nervous system, and the deeper field of relationships we are part of. Healing begins not by “fixing” what’s wrong, but by remembering the wholeness that has always been there.
You are invited to enter this space with curiosity and compassion—for yourself, for those who came before you, and for the life that is waiting to move more freely through you.
Frequently Asked Questions

In-Person Sessions | 60–90 min
Once on the table, sessions typically begin with gentle Craniosacral touch, inviting the nervous system to settle and creating a safe space for all parts of you to be present. From here, we follow your body’s natural intelligence—what it’s ready to reveal, what it needs to unwind. While some sessions may include deeper pressures and neuromuscular techniques, a soft, listening hand is central to this work, supporting deep tissue relaxation without triggering defense mechanisms. When appropriate, this somatic approach may incorporate the session with SomatoEmotional Release, an integrative talk & touch journey where therapeutic imagery and dialogue is used to connect with each individual’s self-healing process and their inner wisdom about their self-healing.
Online Sessions | 60–75 min
Online sessions offer private, effective support from the comfort of your own space, making healing more accessible, easeful, and sustainable. Sessions are deeply embodied and therapeutic, weaving guided meditation, somatic tracking, inner imagery, Gestalt and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Whether exploring emotional layers, early imprints, systemic patterns, or gently reconnecting with your true self, we move at a pace guided by your body’s wisdom—safe, respectful, and supportive. -
Everyone is different, and the course of treatment is different depending on goals, health concerns, and other therapeutic experiences, among other variables. Art of Flow sessions continue to unfold even after you leave the table or the screen, so the way you care for yourself afterward can support deeper integration.
CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, and the other somatic practices we use are gentle, non-force techniques. They help your nervous system settle, unwind old patterns, and create space for your natural self-regulation to return.
After a session, your body may continue releasing, reorganizing, or softening for hours or even days. You might notice:
A deeper, easier breath
A sense of inner flow or grounding
More clarity, intuition, or emotional ease
Memories or insights surfacing
Feeling more connected to your body or inner guidance
All of these responses are normal. Simply allow them to move through.
If you would like to read more about how to support integration, please go to after session care.
