Through meditation, guided inquiry, and systemic constellations, we will deepen our relationship with the body and recognize the unconscious patterns that shape our lives.
As we begin to align more deeply with the natural flow of life, we become more available to ourselves — freer to move toward a new path guided by love, joy, and inner truth.

Many of the challenges we face are not only our own—they often reach back through generations as echoes of loss, exclusion, or unspoken pain carried within the family system. Out of love or loyalty, parts of us may unconsciously hold these patterns, even when they cause suffering or keep us from moving forward.
Family Constellation offers a gentle yet profound way to bring these hidden dynamics to light. By exploring the larger family and ancestral field, we can acknowledge what has been unseen or excluded, allowing love and order to be restored. As the system finds balance, we experience greater ease, belonging, and freedom in the flow of life.
In this one-day workshop, you are invited to:
• Explore the unseen influences that shape your relationships, health, and sense of belonging
• Recognize patterns that no longer serve and release burdens that were never yours to carry
• Reconnect with the strength and love that flow from your ancestors
• Experience the deep peace that comes from taking your rightful place in the family system
Whether you come to explore your own constellation or to participate as a representative, the work touches everyone in the circle. Each constellation becomes a mirror for our shared humanity and reminds us that when love finds its natural order, healing follows. Simply being present—whether observing, representing, or joining group exercises—offers equal value. We’ll follow the moment and work with those most called to explore.
About facilitators:
Ere Sakamoto and Nicholas Waterfall are certified Family Constellations facilitators trained with Suzi Tucker through the Bert Hellinger Institute USA.
Together, they create a grounded and carefully held field where hidden family dynamics can gently surface and reorganize. Their work integrates systemic constellation principles with somatic awareness, meditation, and embodied presence.
Ere brings over 15 years of trauma-informed healing experience, including CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, and primal therapy, supporting nervous system safety and deep body listening. Nicholas brings decades of meditation facilitation and professional acting training in Ireland and New York, offering clarity, attunement, and embodied presence to the constellation process.
They are co-founders of Padma NYC, a holistic and meditation center in Union Square, New York. Although the physical space closed during the pandemic, their shared work continues — gathering those who feel called to explore ancestral patterns, reclaim belonging, and move toward greater inner freedom.

This is a deep and intensive 6 days, full of practical elements, which helps us get closer and understand the connections between our childhood and our relationships, from birth and conception through pregnancy to early childhood. It offers more and more tools for understanding and liberating the most unconscious layers of our personality.

In this moment of crisis and transformation, it is fundamental to be conscious of our past oriented reactiveness and to come back to the here and now, where our true potential can unfold.
Our sadness, fear, anger and numbness have deep roots in our early life history, and they often get triggered and played out in the present. This is just because all these feelings are buried and denied inside us, and they ask for completion: they need to be recognized, understood and transformed.
Our lightness of being, our joy and creativity also have deep roots in our past. We did experience these qualities in our childhood, but we lost touch with them because nobody around could fully recognize them in their essential value.
In this group you will be accompanied step by step back in time, through the stages of your development, recovering parts of yourself at each stage. You will be guided to reconnect with the child in you, learning again to listen to its needs and longings. You will discover the adult part in you that can take care of this child and appreciate its qualities and how they can transform your life now. You will be supported to express and release old emotions that block the flow of vitality in your body. You will explore your family setup with depth and compassion, completing what has remained unfinished. You will experience the difference between a past oriented reaction and a mature response to the present.
Healing the inner child is a profound step toward reclaiming your true potential and celebrating the freedom of being fully yourself.
For attendance to this group, it is advisable to have previous experience in some kind of inner work such as meditation and breath work.
For the whole duration of the group the participants will be asked to refrain from any direct contact with the outside world.
About Svarup:
Svarup is specialized in Deconditioning work, both childhood and adolescence and sexuality, and is a teacher of Essence Work. She met Osho in 1984, and since then participated to the commune life around the Master, facilitating groups and meditative therapies.
After graduating in Philosophy at the University of Rome, she has collaborated for several years with R.D.Laing running one of his therapeutic communities in London.
For more than thirty years, she has been leading groups all over the world with Premartha, her partner and fellow traveler. Together, they wrote Twice Born and The Little Buddha and the Cosmos, both available at Amazon.com. Premartha left the body in 2023. Now Svarup continues their adventure on her own, cherishing in her heart an immense gratefulness for the love, inspiration and creativity they shared for so many years. -

In this group you will experiment with finding a new maturity, a new dance between going inside yourself and going beyond your usual limits.

We all need privacy, to rest, to feel ourselves, to cultivate our dreams. To simply have space. For this, we need to be able to feel and learn to respect the boundaries of our space. We need to be able to feel how far we want to open them to someone and yet remain connected with ourselves.
But we all know the challenges around setting our boundaries.
There is a history: when we were small children, our boundaries were invaded and ignored one way or another, in the family, at school, etc. To survive these invasions, we learnt either to shrink our space or to put rigid walls around ourselves.
Now, as adults, we need to learn to create new flexible boundaries, which can allow both intimacy and respect for each other's space and feelings.
