1:1 SESSIONS

In-Person & Online Offerings

Each session is a co-creative journey—a space to slow down, listen deeply, and follow the wisdom of your body, unfolding at a pace that feels safe and supported. Some sessions are deeply restorative, while others open gentle space for long-held emotions or stories to surface and shift. As tension and old patterns unwind, we meet them with compassion and curiosity, allowing your system to reorganize and return to its natural balance.

The healing process unfolds gently, step by step, creating space for your body and mind to be heard, to release what has been carried, and to welcome new possibilities of ease and connection. While each session is unique, the process often follows a natural rhythm:

  1. Establishing Safety – we begin by creating a grounded, supportive space where your system can settle, feel held, and move at a pace that feels safe and respectful.

  2. Inner Exploration – gently slowing down to reconnect with supportive, resourceful sensations in your body, noticing your direct experience and how your body carries traces of lived experience.

  3. Self-Awareness – noticing unconscious beliefs, protective patterns, and unmet needs as they surface, with compassion and care, allowing new possibilities for safety, acceptance, and nurturing to emerge.

  4. Body–Mind Integration – supporting your system in stabilizing shifts, so new sensations of ease, coherence, and resilience can become part of your everyday embodied life.

Depending on what arises, we may integrate:

Whether used separately or woven together, they all guide the system toward the same place: more ease, grounding, and natural self-regulation.

Craniosacral Therapy
$0.00

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that helps the body release tension and restore its natural rhythm. Using a soft, listening touch—often no more than the weight of a nickel—CST works with the body’s craniosacral system (the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord) to encourage the nervous system to shift out of patterns of stress, hypervigilance, or shutdown.

When stress, injury, or trauma disrupts the body’s natural flow, tissues can tighten and restrict movement, sometimes creating pain, headaches, fatigue, or emotional imbalance. By listening deeply to the body’s subtle rhythms, CST supports the release of these restrictions, allowing the body to return to its innate state of ease and self-correction.

Many people experience a sense of deep relaxation, relief from chronic tension, improved sleep, and a clearer, calmer mind. Beyond physical symptoms, CST can also foster emotional resilience and a greater connection to the body’s inner wisdom. Healing happens naturally when the body feels safe enough to unwind—CST simply creates the space for that to occur.

SomatoEmotional Release
$0.00

Using advanced Craniosacral techniques—gentle, listening touch to support the nervous system—combined with Gestalt mothod (inner imagery and dialoguing), SomatoEmotional Release (SER) helps the body process physical and emotional pain or trauma that has been stored in the tissues. This work does not require re-experiencing a painful event; instead, it offers the nervous system a safe way to complete what has been left unfinished and to release what is no longer needed.

When overwhelming experiences or injuries are not fully processed, the body adapts by holding that tension in the tissues. Over time, these unresolved patterns can quietly influence the nervous system, showing up as pain, chronic tension, emotional stress, or patterns of protection we can’t seem to shift. By listening deeply and following the body’s inner cues, SER allows these long-held imprints to surface and gently unwind.

As the body softens and the nervous system returns to balance, energy once locked in survival patterns becomes available again for life, vitality, and presence. Many people experience not only physical relief but also emotional clarity, a sense of lightness, and deeper connection to themselves.

Five Element Shiatsu
$0.00

Five Element Shiatsu is an Eastern therapeutic practice that works through the body’s network of meridians—channels where Ki/Qi (vital life energy) flows to nourish every organ, gland, muscle, nerve, and cell. Along these meridians lie acupressure points, areas of high electromagnetic conductivity used in acupuncture, which act as gateways for influencing the flow of Ki throughout the body. When this flow becomes blocked or distorted, imbalance and illness may arise; when it moves freely, the body’s natural healing ability is restored.

Rooted in the Five Element Theory (Wu Xing) of Traditional Eastern Medicine, Five Element Shiatsu applies gentle but precise finger and palm pressure, stretching, and rhythmic compression along specific meridians to unblock, tonify, and harmonize the energy flow. The aim is not simply to release muscle tension, but to regulate and balance Ki in resonance with the universal Ki—encouraging deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and a return to the body’s natural state of harmony.

More than a physical technique, Five Element Shiatsu is a holistic energy-based therapy that works simultaneously on the physical, emotional, and energetic levels, supporting the body’s innate self-healing intelligence.

Embodied Meditation
$0.00

It can be helpful to begin a meditative practice by including the body rather than starting only with silent sitting practices. Throughout our lives, we naturally accumulate stress, tension, and emotional experiences within the body and mind. When we sit in stillness, these inner movements may arise, making it difficult to settle into a state of presence and awareness. We may become caught in thoughts, restlessness, sleepiness, or distraction rather than experiencing the quality of witnessing.

Embodied meditation begins with the body — through movement, breath, sound, and awareness — helping us reconnect with sensations, release held tension, and create more space within ourselves. By first supporting the body and nervous system to soften and regulate, we can more naturally move toward stillness, clarity, and the ability to observe our thoughts, emotions, and sensations with greater awareness.

In this way, meditation becomes not only a practice we do, but a way of being — a deeper connection with ourselves and the present moment.

Primal Therapy - Healing the Inner Child
$0.00

Inner child work is a gentle process of returning to the early layers of our experience, where many emotional and relational patterns were first formed.

Early life experiences can leave impressions that continue to influence how we respond to situations, relationships, and stress in the present. Often these patterns operate outside of our awareness, shaping reactions that may no longer serve us.

Through guided awareness and experiential exploration, we reconnect with the child within — the part of us that carries both our early wounds and our natural vitality.

By allowing previously held emotions to be felt and completed, what was once held in the past can gradually soften and release. This work is not only about healing pain, but also about reconnecting with the joy, creativity, and vitality that are naturally within you.

As these patterns become more conscious, many people experience greater freedom in their responses, along with a renewed sense of creativity, playfulness, and aliveness.

This work invites the beginning of a deeper and more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Family & Systemic Constellation - Intergenerational Healing
$0.00

Unresolved trauma—whether from early life or passed down through generations—shapes how we see the world, how safe we feel in our own bodies, and how deeply we can connect with others. These patterns are often unconscious. A part of us may hold on to them for survival or out of loyalty to our family system, even when they cause pain or keep us stuck.

Family Constellations is a gentle and powerful way to bring these hidden dynamics to light. By exploring the larger family and ancestral field, we can acknowledge what has been unseen or excluded, allowing the system to find more balance and love. When this happens, people often feel relief, a deeper sense of belonging, and new possibilities for connection and freedom.

At Art of Flow, this work is weaved with somatic therapies like CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release. Together, we listen to the wisdom of the body, the stories held in our nervous system, and the deeper field of relationships we are part of. Healing begins not by “fixing” what’s wrong, but by remembering the wholeness that has always been there.

You are invited to enter this space with curiosity and compassion—for yourself, for those who came before you, and for the life that is waiting to move more freely through you.
